At Lake Washington Foot and Ankle we strive to provide the utmost care to our patients. We make sure all your questions are answered and you as the patient are well-adept and educated on the treatment of your lower extremity condition(s).

At your first visit be prepared to provide the following:

Referral for evaluation

Any prior X-Rays or MRI workup done in the past

Comprehensive medial history 

Insurance Info

Finally if you currently use orthotics or have a complaint associated with a particular shoe, please bring that gear with you for us to better assist you at your first visit.

In order to serve you better we may request the following during you initial check-up:

X-rays of your feet

Gait Analysis - watching you walk
